MediaRadar is honored to be recognized by the world’s premier business awards, The Stevie Awards, for our success in customer service during 2018. The 13th annual ceremony was held on Friday, February 22nd in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We truly think of ourselves as an extension of their team. We are incredibly honored that our efforts have been recognized by the Stevie’s selection committee since 2014. As each year passes we are humbled to be recognized for our extensive efforts to provide an amazing client experience.
This year, we were awarded not one, but THREE awards in the following categories:
A. Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries
This category recognizes service teams that directly engage customers within the technology industries.
To win this award, MediaRadar beat out over 100 other computer software, computer services, computer hardware, internet and new media, and telecommunications companies.
B. Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software
This category recognizes everyone who formally works in customer service in an organization, regardless of their role or location.
MediaRadar was honored to be selected among some of the top companies in customer services, including those outside of software like airlines, shipping, consumer products, financial services, healthcare, and leisure.
C. Customer Service Team of the Year – Recovery Situation – Technology Industries
This third category recognizes service teams, who have demonstrated exceptional skill in recovering either an individual case or in rebuilding an underperforming department.
MediaRadar is growing by 25 to 30% each year. High growth rates are a good thing, but they also present a unique challenge. How do we maintain this high level of customer service as we onboard so many new clients? In 2018, MediaRadar combined our expert client and industry knowledge with artificial intelligence (AI) and customized automation to maintain our exceptional client service. Our 95% renewal rate is a testament to the amazing service we supply to our clients.
