Insights & Analytics Manager

The Insights & Analytics Manager is a strategic member of our product team, responsible for developing and continuing to innovate on the data and insights at the core of MediaRadar’s solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Improve MediaRadar’s proprietary media spend estimation models for Digital, social, Linear TV, OTT, print and other media formats/spend types.
  • Take the lead on projects to expand MediaRadar’s coverage into additional advertising formats and channels, evaluating new data sets, integrating them into our systems and developing new media spend estimation algorithms for our developers to implement.
  • Support product launches with market & analytical analysis
  • Set data collection protocols and processing methodologies and ensure that those methodologies stay up-to-date through continued market research and awareness.
  • Manage existing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality coverage of the ad insights that power MediaRadar’s products.
  • Partner with developers and the MediaRadar Operations team to automate existing processes, using traditional process improvements and advanced approaches like image recognition and machine learning.
  • Optimize and expand other MediaRadar analytics, (internal & external) including RFP predictions, client health scoring models and product usage analytics.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience developing analytically-focused solutions or products.
  • You are a problem solver who uses research and quantitative analysis to develop and optimize your solutions, but pairs it with strong business judgment to deliver the best results
  • You are a self-starter who does what it takes to get things done and has a demonstrated track record delivering results in a fast-moving industry
  • You are a team player who can collaborate with both customer-facing and operational teams to ensure the best results
  • You are a great communicator who can both document clear requirements, work with engineers to implement them and communicate results and methodologies to customer-facing teams and clients.
  • You are flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • You are curious, creative, dedicated and collaborative
