Our Contacts product is a tool used by advertising sales representatives to locate and reach the right decision maker at a brand or agency. Our Contacts department fulfills client requests for the contact information of those decision makers as well as audits it for quality. The Junior Research Associate is responsible for researching new contact information, maintaining our database of contact information, conducting root cause analysis, and assisting with related, larger scale projects.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a queue of research requests and correspond with clients
  • Utilize different resources to accurately conduct research
  • Audit data collected and transcribe results into internal systems
  • Review advertising trade publications and analyze agency account changes
  • Assist in the execution of strategic work as needed for priority projects
  • Conduct a high volume of email correspondence daily
  • Write and edit documentation as requested
  • Manage email campaigns to generate new contact information
  • Support ad hoc Operations functions including data set up, collection, and maintenance
  • Identify and escalate continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the department

Who You Are:

  • You can communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
  • You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • You are analytical and with a strong attention to detail
  • You are able to effectively balance priorities in a fast paced, change centric environment
  • You are comfortable utilizing your own discretion and working with a high degree of autonomy
  • You take initiative and proactively seek to resolve errors or gaps in methodology

Nice to Haves (but not required!):

  • Proficiency with Excel (Vlookups, Parsing, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in Marketing, Product, Advertising, or SaaS Data
  • Experience with email campaign management
