MediaRadar offers comprehensive advertising analysis for over 3.1 million brands across multiple media platforms including TV, digital, mobile, email, events, social media, and print. As a Head of Commercial Enablement & Organization at MediaRadar, you will play a critical role in mobilizing internal subject matter experts to create a curated repository of product and industry knowledge. This knowledge repository is aimed at enhancing productivity and fostering deeper customer engagement across our quota- and book-carrying commercial team. Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing training resources to facilitate self-learning and modular learning paths. We are seeking an individual who can employ a multi-channel approach to education, encompassing instructor-led training, online courses, and peer collaboration to empower our commercial team.
What You’ll Do:
- Knowledge Repository: Lead the creation of a knowledge repository housing curated product and industry insights to empower our commercial team in customer engagement.
- Training Resource Management: Organize and manage a training repository that facilitates self-learning and modular learning paths. Your goal is to empower our team to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Multi-Channel Education: Implement a multi-channel approach, including instructor-led training, online courses, and peer collaboration to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Onboarding Programs: Develop tailored onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management, aligning with best practices.
- Company Culture Integration:Ensure seamless integration of our company culture into training and development.
- Certification Programs: Own certification programs in alignment with onboarding and continuous education objectives.
- Product Training: Partner with the product management team to deliver training on new content, product features, and persona-specific use cases.
- Tech Tool Training and Adoption: Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to provide training on the use of technology tools and business processes, including platforms like SFDC and ChurnZero. Develop tech tool adoption programs to ensure our front-line teams maximize the value of these tools and understand their significance.
- Best Practices Training: Leverage the expertise of commercial managers and high-performing talent to deliver training on sales and customer success best practices.
- Competitive Intelligence: Work in conjunction with marketing and sales leaders to create competitive intelligence resources and positioning strategies against our competitors.
- Industry Trends: Integrate relevant industry trends into training content, empowering our team to engage in consultative conversations with prospects and clients.
- Knowledge Integration: Facilitate the integration of disparate knowledge bases, ensuring that information is easily accessible and interconnected.
Requirements
What You’ve Done:
- At least 5 years of experience in roles related to training and sales enablement, encompassing skills in analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation, with expertise in adult learning methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales enablement tools, including CRM, content management systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven experience working with high-growth, acquisitive companies, showcasing your adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
