Las Vegas, Nevada—February 24, 2018—MediaRadar was presented with a GOLD Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries, in the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and the International Business Awards®.
The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 23rd, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. More than 600 executives from the US and several other nations attended.
More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in 89 categories for customer service and contact center achievements.
Marie Moffatt, MediaRadar’s Director of Client Services, was in Las Vegas to accept the award on behalf of the team, saying, “At MediaRadar, we strive to exceed our clients expectations every day. We are excited and honored to be recognized with this Stevie Award.”
This year, MediaRadar’s client services team was more ambitious and more successful than ever before, without losing their industry-renowned personal touch. MediaRadar recognized the state of transition that the publisher industry was in. Ad sales professionals are now expected to do much more, but with less. MediaRadar decided to restructure the Client Services team, to more effectively interact with and train clients, while putting in place a system for scalable success.

This is the fifth year in a row that MediaRadar has been rewarded with a Stevie Award for Customer Service.
