I cannot function without MediaRadar and it drives sales, hands down. I really love it. I’ve used it for years (like YEARS) and live and die by it. There are several alternatives out there that often court us to move to their platform – and they are cheaper – but we stay with MediaRadar. It is likely the most used service in my day. I use it exclusively for looking up brands, spend and contacts. Their customer service is really top notch and they know that they’re a sales enablement tool and without being responsive or helpful, they’re not enabling sales.

The Key Points summary is good, as is the wrap up of where the brand is spending media dollars. I also appreciate the News section as it is also very detailed and relevant. For Programmatic, YouTube & Snapchat the information is very good & thorough.

Most of the time data is only as good as the dashboard on which you can look at it, unless you have all day to manually go over results because the front end software doesn’t do that effectively enough.
