Todd Todd Krizelman, Co-founder and CEO
Growing up in Palo Alto, Todd was born and raised near the epicenter of technology innovation. It was this early exposure that encouraged him to be an entrepreneur and co-founder of one of the world’s first social media sites, theGlobe.com. From 1994 to 2001, he led theGlobe.com from inception to taking it public on NASDAQ; this online community grew to 20 million monthly users and was a Top 25 site for five consecutive years. After, Todd joined the largest European media company, Bertelsmann, where he worked for their publishing businesses, Gruner + Jahr and Random House. It was then that Todd began to recognize the challenges of selling advertising including lack of data, time-intensive research, and the increasingly fragmented landscape of advertising. With his expertise in ad sales and innovation, Todd joined veteran web architect, Jesse Keller, to found MediaRadar in 2007. After years of thorough research, development, and data collection, MediaRadar is now the most comprehensive data company focused on the ad sales market. Todd is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School.“We’re continually investing in building advanced solutions – online, in print, and in social media – as the publishers we serve expand into new media. Jesse-Keller Jesse Keller, Co-founder and CTO
In 1996, Jesse joined JobDirect.com as a founding employee and CTO. The site was the first ever to connect job seekers with job postings automatically, combining a résumé database with a skillset search functionality. In 2000, JobDirect.com was sold to leading executive search firm, Korn Ferry. Jesse’s next pioneering online endeavor, PersonalsTrainer.com, simplified, automated, and enhanced the flourishing world of online dating. Partnering with Yahoo! Personals in 2001, Jesse designed a system to traffic data and connect singles who needed help crafting their profiles with writers from HBO’s Sex and the City, The Discovery Channel’s Extreme Dating, and other famous outlets. In 2007, Jesse brought his veteran online entrepreneurial ambition, background in digital interface design, and e-commerce architectural talents to join Todd Krizelman in developing MediaRadar. Today, he uses big data to drive sales team productivity and lead the development of MediaRadar’s products and services. Jen Wilga headshot Jen Wilga, Sales and Account Management
Jen Wilga is a dynamic sales champion who is leading MediaRadar’s global expansion efforts. She joins us with over 20 years of experience in SaaS solutions. Prior to joining our team, Jen played a critical role in developing and executing the sales strategy for Careerbuilder’s HR SaaS solutions. She has a proven ability to build new business and develop broad support for successful product adoption among clients. Eugen-Shustef Eugene Shustef, Product and Development
Eugene Shustef joined MediaRadar in 2011. He has over a decade of experience building SaaS and data products for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to MediaRadar, Eugene led the cloud and mobile services development for Xerox Global Services as Chief Engineer. He received his BS in Computer Science and MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.“MediaRadar is filled with bright, passionate people who build complex tools that make solutions for our clients’ problems. James-Muentener James Muentener, Finance
James Muentener brings more than 15 years of financial experience in the software industry to MediaRadar. He is responsible for MediaRadar’s finances, operations, facilities, as well as managing relationships with lending institutions and external auditors. Prior to MediaRadar, James served as SVP of Finance and Administration at Integrated Trade Processing, Inc. At ITP, he was responsible for all areas of corporate finance, taxation, human resources, and administration. Jaci-Hoffmann Jaci Hoffmann, Marketing and Public Relations
Jaci Hoffmann joined MediaRadar in 2010 after spending over six years in the publishing industry with Gannett Company, Inc – US Community Publishing Division. At MediaRadar, she leads the Marketing and Public Relations team. Jaci is a graduate of Salisbury University.“MediaRadar’s technology breaks down complex and massive amounts of data into easy-to-understand, actionable insights. Jennifer-Bowani Jennifer Ruegg, Operations
Jennifer brings over 12 years of operations experience to MediaRadar. Currently she leads MediaRadar’s data maintenance division. With teams in four countries, this division is key to ensuring the company’s tremendous data needs are met, today, and in the future. Prior to MediaRadar she was a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Energy and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.“My team processes thousands of pieces of data each day, and ad sales is constantly changing. MediaRadar welcomes this challenge, and our team truly cares about our customers and strives to go above and beyond for them.”

Elizabeth has over a decade of experience in human resources, team building and talent management. She’s worked with leading companies across different verticals for DialogueDirect and Physique57. While at DialogueDirect she co-founded the Future Leaders Fellowship management program. Elizabeth is a graduate from Boston College (BA) and NYU (Masters in Human Resources).
