MediaRadar Wins Two Stevie® Awards!

NEW YORK, NEW YORK—February 1, 2021— MediaRadar is proud to announce it was presented with two Stevie® Awards,  for Most Valuable Response by a Customer Service Team, Best Customer Engagement Initiative at the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®. 

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees.

This year, MediaRadar’s Client Services Team was more determined than ever to exceed client expectations. The pandemic made it critical that internal team processes were streamlined to both address client requests, as well as provide critical industry insights to a challenging marketplace. These efforts resulted in greater client satisfaction and helped further solidify MediaRadar’s place as an industry leader in the ad sales space.

This is the eighth year in a row that MediaRadar has been awarded the Stevie Award for Customer Service.
