Commercial Enablement Specialist, Instructional Design

As an Enablement Specialist with a focus on Instructional Design, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training materials and resources to support the professional development and success of our Sales and Customer Success representatives. Your creative expertise will play a critical role in enhancing the learning experience, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. You will also support our Account Executives in their day-to-day operations, ensuring our sales team's efficiency in meeting and exceeding our quarterly revenue targets. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales talent, strategies, and the development of compelling materials that highlight MediaRadar's value proposition to prospective clients.

What You’ll Do:

Instructional Media Design

    • Design and Develop Training Content: Create multimedia training content, including videos, interactive presentations, e-learning modules, and other instructional materials tailored to the needs of Sales and Customer Success teams.
    • Content Editing and Enhancement: Review and edit existing training materials to improve clarity, engagement, and relevance, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and incorporating best practices in instructional design.
    • Visual Design: Use graphic design principles to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of training materials, incorporating branding elements and maintaining consistency with company guidelines.
    • Multimedia Production: Produce high-quality multimedia assets, including video recordings, animations, infographics, and interactive simulations, using industry-standard tools and software.
    • Technology Integration: Explore and implement innovative technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content, including the management of our Enablement LMS platform. 
    • Performance Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training materials through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, like Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and others to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives and priorities.

Sales Enablement

    • Sales Support: Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects to enhance Sales and CS efficiency. Support strategic audits under the direction of your manager, contributing to the refinement of Sales and CS strategies. Help design effective outreach communications to prospects, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
    • Operational Support: Assist Sales with daily operational tasks, including setting up demos and trials for prospective clients using our eCRM tool. Create custom reports such as Industry Trend Reports, Brand Reviews, and Trial Recaps to support sales pitches. Customize Capability Reports and PowerPoint presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
    • Sales Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to delegate tasks, deliver data insights to executives, and ensure seamless communication across teams. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop Sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, product documentation, etc. to support the sales process.
Requirements

What You’ve Done:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia production techniques.
  • Proven experience in instructional media design with proficiency in multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Audiate, or similar software.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. 
  • Familiarity with Sales methodologies, Customer Success principles, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating and customizing sales materials and presentations for a diverse client base.
